Answer
Day 3 of what I hope will be a 35 day fast. Mainly fasting for weight loss. Up and down so far - moments of feeling like giving up, moment of feeling good. Have to keep reminding myself that the bad moments do pass in time if I can sit with the uncomfortable feelings. Lots of food cravings. Have been quite stationary since starting the fast but will be walking to and from work tomorrow and want to try to keep up a decent level of activity (just walking I imagine) for the next few weeks.
I have heard that things get easier after day 4 - hope that is true for me!
