Iβm planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for 6 weeks - this is the beginning of the 4th week. Hopefully I can make it all six weeks, at which point I will scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. Iβm guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.

May I please get some clarification of what rolling 72s are? My understanding is that they are 72 EF, eat one meal, 72 EF. Is that correct or can 72 EF, eat for a day, 72 EF be classed as rolling as well?
Iβve read that the autophagy effect kicks in after 3 days so would it make sense to do rolling 96s or 120s? This is assuming keto diet before fasting to ease the transition! :)

I have had success with fasting in the past, but have ended up with chronic pain after a bad injury that only medical cannabis has helped me with. Itβs impossible for me to fast after using it because it destroys all of my willpower for food. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with munchies while successfully fasting? Sometimes seltzer helps.
