After my weight loss slowed last week, I’ve seen a really nice sustained woosh this week to start week 9. Sustained a 5+ pound loss (week over week) over the last 3 days. Starting to see some muscle definition, I’m excited to see how my body shapes up in the coming weeks.

Day 3 of a 10 day water fast to “reset” my body after months of partying and shitty food. I’ve done water fasts before but this time I’m only having Snake Juice. It definitely makes a massive difference. Normally I’d be dying by now but I feel great.

I’m a runner so I’m still running 5k a day and haven’t noticed any major fatigue, though it’s still early I guess.
