Answer
Started Monday at 5 pm. I decided that I might just see if I can make it to Saturday (about 116-117 hours by the time I get off work) instead of just doing a 60. 7 am was hour 38.
This morning I was 191.
Last Wednesday I started this mini journey at 202. Iβve done two 60 hour fasts plus this current one since then. Itβs crazy how much water retention my body was holding onto. Iβm curious to see how my body drops weight in the next three days, Iβd guess at least about another 2 pound drop by tomorrow, then probably only 1-2 pounds after that.
