Itβs hour 86 of my fast. I feel fine. I slept like a baby. I sleep better fasted than fed it seems. Itβs so weird. Maybe itβs the magnesium Iβm taking? It does say it helps with sleep. I weighed in at 188. How I lost more weight on my 4th day vs my 3rd day I donβt know. My salty/no-salty water is starting to taste good. I have read on here that people feel terrible on their third day or that their third day is the worst, but I never felt bad. Not trying to be a humble-brag but I just assumed since I consume carbs that I might have some of those effects.

On day 5 of a planned 30+ day water fast. The test this morning shows a GKI of 1.3
Feeling pretty good -
My last 30-day fast was a few years ago and lost 42 lbs - so an average of 1.4 lbs per day. Based on that fast - I would expect to lose an average of around 1 lb per day. If that rate holds, I should be around 240 around Jan 15th. If everything goes well, I will probably continue past 30 days. Would love to be between 200-210 lbs. I have more than enough reserves on hand. Fasting that long will require careful refeed. Planning on going to OMD keto after that.
