I ended my 5 day water fast today cause I was feeling super drowsy and weak and my brain wasnβt able to focus. I was consuming salt and ACV and bone broth everyday. Anyway, the problem is, Iβm still drowsy and and black out when I standup even though I had breakfast in the morning. Whyβs that?

I completed two rolling 72s last week and this week! I find them easier to complete during the work week, and I have also radically changed my diet to incorporate healthy foods on days I donβt fast. I did them Sunday night-Wednesday night
