Alt day fasting about 36 hours. Weightloss + Hashimotos + mental health.
I’ve just started after a pig out day, all the water weight is back, I’m actually looking forward to this fast.

I’m 36 hours into a planned 5-day fast (water and tea only; electrolytes if needed). I’ve done a couple of 3-day fasts but never made it 5 before.
I’m struggling. As always when I’m fasting, I had a tough time getting to sleep last night and I’m exhausted today. Thankfully, it’s a light work day and I can take it easy, but I won’t be able to get through tomorrow if I’m still feeling this way.
Hopefully my brain and body adjust soon. I feel fine otherwise. The hunger is manageable, I’m well-hydrated, and I’m not feeling any signs of electrolyte loss. I’m just so effing tired.
(Editing because I forgot to include my purpose. Fasting to get back on track after a couple weeks of poor eating… and also because I know I’m going to have another couple weeks of poor eating during the holidays.)

Currently 37 hours into my long term fast. I’m not sure how long I will go for as I feel perfectly fine right now. I also plan to go into intermediate fasting after my long term fast is up.
So far, I’ve had a headache but it went away almost immediately after I drank more water. I’m feeling pretty good and happy about myself.

I’m on hour 54 of a 5 D Fast. Weightloss fast, electrolytes + tea/coffee + diet soda.
I’m doing fairly ok, but I’ve started to feel cold again, so I’m wearing a ridulous amount of layers. Winter 😐
I also had a complete energy slump yesterday, drank a bit of bouillon, but had to ultimately go to bed really early. Hopefully this will get better during the next days.
