Answer
Did my first water fast for a while, last one was about 4 years ago and I went 5 days. Fasting on water, tea, electrolytes. Last night I started feeling really weak, this morning, wasn’t much better. Could it be my body switching over to ketosis?
Anyway, had hoped to go three days, but broke my fast this morning, went 58 hours. Feeling a bit more energetic.
I want to start doing this every week, go at least 2 days, could see much improvement in my body, old injuries less inflamed. Wish I could have done 3 days, if I had tried though, today would have been completely shot. So much harder than when I was younger and fasting.
