I would really really like to complete a 5 day fast (water, tea, one serving of broth in the evenings if necessary) this week, but I’ve failed so many times it’s hard for me to even attempt it at this point. I can do 48 hours with no issues and I’ve done 72 a couple times, but never made it past that 3rd day.

Anyone have secret tips (something I might not have thought of already) for making it past that hump?

Goal: rolling 36/48Fast until February 1!

I am currently on my second lap of fast. Halfway through my 48 hour fast. i hope i can do it. I technically broke my fast because i ate a dill pickle and sauerkraut. i was totally tempted to eat thats why. But i still consider myself fasted because even though i wont have the autophagy effect, it is still 0 calories and will still lose a huge amount of weight. I started at 153.3 pounds and this morning i am 151.3 hooray! Cant wait to see 150 or 149 on the scale ❀️

I’m back on fasting after close to a year off. Warmed up with a nice 22 hour fast and 2 hour eating window. Going to do 20:4 for a while and then head into rolling 48’s. Today felt easy, very motivating πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Just flunked completey out of my first ever >24h fast. I’m betting electrolytes but I woke up legit feeling like I was dying at around 33h. Heart racing, boiling hot, struggling to stand or sit upright. I had some sugar and felt better, but jeeze! 24h is always easy for me, so I have no idea what happened there.
