Answer
Trying out Alternate Day Fasting, or a \~36 hr fast. Pretty certain the longest I’ve ever gone is 30 hours… although I’ve been doing 16:8 for many years now. Started yesterday at 5:30pm, just woke up and it’s now 9:00am. Aim is to get through the day with lots of water, tea and some coffee. We will see how I feel tomorrow morning and if I want to extend it past 36-40 hours once I get there.

Planned on doing 16:8/18:6 and some how I’m on 44hrs and will end it at 48 or whenever my meat thaw out lol. I need to lower my insulin and this is perfect, but the weight loss is a plus. It’s going great, I’m not even hungry or thirsty but I’m trying to make myself drink more water I only had 60 ounces yesterday 🤦♀️.

Eating day today during ADF feels great I get full so quickly fasting really does reset your brain when it comes to feeling hungry back before that I would be starving by now after just having breakfast around 7 am and it being almost lunch time.
