Day 10 in progress πŸ₯³, 21 day goal.

Had a workout with my trainer scheduled yesterday and made a conscious effort to hit the upper end of the electrolyte targets - definitely took the salt in too quickly and paid for it at the toilet. But killed the workout and have felt pretty good after.

Weight actually went up, presumably based on the higher sodium intake yesterday. Overall loss is normalizing to where I’d expect it to be.

Last 6:

228.8 -> 225.2 - > 223.2 -> 223.2 -> 221.2 -> 222.6 (1.24 lb / day average)

I had a rough day yesterday I think… due to forgetting to take my daily medication and I just went nuts eating all day. The damage is worse than I thought. Gained 6.4lb. πŸ˜”Welp. Moving on to rolling 48s again.

35:14:50 into a 72:00:00 - guess that means I’m about halfway there. First time feeling hungry = right now. So that’s an improvement. Came off another 72 last week. After that fast I ate pretty healthy for a day but then went back to poor choices. Resetting again for food choices, depression and autophagy.
