28.5h into a 96h water fast.
I had a pretty long eating window (~8h) between my last fast which was 36h and this one. That gave me plenty of time to do TMAD instead of my usual OMAD. But I made sure to keep it keto with cured meats and a strictly green salad with mayo dressing.
Fast forward to now, my appetite is raaavenous which is a huge contrast to what I usually feel around this point when I do OMAD.
Idk if the foods I ate prior to this or my mind playing tricks on me cos it knows it’s in for the long haul, but my tummy won’t stop rumbling.
I’m about 30% in though, so I’m gonna finish what I started. It’s tough but it’s gotta be done.

19 hours into my 7 day water fast, I am an experienced faster. this is my first 7 days water fast, I usually do 5 day water fast monthly and then IF or OMAD depending on my mood.

18 hours in. Been trying to IF (20:4) since the start of the year with varying success. I’ve just downloaded zero to help and add consistency.
I’m F, 37 & 5’2. Fasting primarily for weight loss - I’ve got a lot to lose. I would ideally like to fall into a rolling 48 hour fast but I need to work up to that by working to a 24 hours and then 36. Any tips on how to manage hunger pangs would be appreciated. I’m new to this so expect there to be some false starts but I’m 100% committed & I know fasting is the right thing for me!

Day 2 of a 7 day fast (usually my hardest day, but I’m taking the extended day fasting electrolyte capsules which really help with energy, headaches & hunger). Also got a Soda Stream for the holidays and enjoying making my own sparkling water. Good luck everyone!
