I’m back on the rolling fast train. My GF was in town for the past 3 days and we were kind of bad (some booze, some carbs, etc.). But I really have enjoyed rolling fasts so far. Right now I am going for 80 days, then I’ll resume another 48+ hour fast after my 2-4 hour feed window.

Normally I’m a pretty healthy eater but this past 2 weeks I’ve seriously abused my digestive system. Night before last I had 4 slices of pizza and an entire box of apple tartlets. Last night a half a box of Texas Toast. Garbage food becomes a habit pretty quickly, I’ve found.

My organs need a break, I’m doing a 48 hour fast. Longest I went before was 36 hours, so hungry… yet so focused. It’s refreshing and in my opinion helps with impulse control in general. Can’t wait.
