Subsequent 3 days.
Weight loss.
So far so good. Lost a lot in last two months, mostly water I assume, but slight figure changes are noticeable by me. I drink just water with salt, and suppliment magnesium before sleep. Currently I am trying to break fast every 72 hours with two meals in 6 hours window to not go too deep, and then repeat, though I plan on stopping doing it this week to be sure I replenish all micros. After that I will stock proper electrolytes and try 7 days first time, hope it goes well.
I also notice that despite regularly breaking fasts, usual struggle with first days I had with hunger now is much less, so itβs very easy to do 2-3 days of fasting with little to no effort.

Hello. Iβm grateful I found this community! Iβve been doing extended fasts here and there for the past 3 years but never really focused on the therapeutic side of fasting for healing.
So Iβm 2 1/2 hrs since Iβve started this weekβs fast. I plan on a 5 days fast for this week. If things go well, my next fast should be of 7 days.
