I did my second 60 hour fast. I woke up at 191 today.
Sat–196
Sun–193
Mon-191
Last Tuesday I was 202, and now I’m down to 191. I will eat today and tomorrow then do another this week. I want to do at least two more 60 hour fasts before Christmas. I broke it with an egg and about a quarter of an avocado. I’m going to do strength training then eat my “real” breakfast and see how it goes.

Monday Morning Checkin
36 Hour Fast.
- 9:00 PM Sunday night.
- It is Monday at 7:00 am now.
Why?
- Lose Weight
- Practice and improve WILLPOWER.
NOTES
- Using ZERO to track my fasts. I have done several (3) 36 hour fasts in the past.
- I also use FITBIT to track Calories/Carbs/Etc.
- Plan to get at least 10,000 steps in today as well.
Answer
I was eating a lot during the feeding window. A couple days back, started looking at how many calories the foods I ate had. And jeez, I was eating more than what i was burning with staying alive + exercise.
Will keep a look at calories going forward. And will count for a few weeks in order to figure out what’s good and what’s not.
