Live a few months on vodka and water and a 5-10k run every few days. Then ask yourself, “Am I a God?” Intense.

Could be fatal, intense though…. I crashed 💥but Still alive. 🤷‍♂️

IF became routine for me years ago, enjoy food and IF, exercise. No gimmicks just a balance diet 16:8/18:6 occasionally 23:1. Depending on your labors hunger will vary.

I was 202cm 100k, I’ve always had enough flesh to experiment. Could suggest someone with low bf% underweight to tempt fate.

Made it 6.5 days and had a late night meal, nothing crazy. I literally couldn’t overeat and had to throw half away. Now starting again. I don’t feel guilty because I still went 6.5 days and feel great. Still feel I need another week of fasting to get all that crap out of my system.

On day 3 of my 7 day kickoff fast. Day 2 weight was 247.6, this morning I’m at 244.4.

I’m going through Friday morning, will break for the weekend but will be eating healthy, and then I resume fasting again on Sunday evening. I’m debating doing a 120hr fast from Sunday evening to Friday evening, versus something simpler like ADF. I guess I’m going more for a sprint right now rather than a marathon.

Overall, feeling fine. I went to sleep at 9:30pm last night, woke up again at 11pm, back to sleep and woke up again around 4am, watched a movie, back to sleep at 6am. The sporadic sleep cycles are returning! Which is fine by me, I’m spending most of my time chilling at home.
