How safe is the No salt and salt lite? I’ve noticed normal potassium supplements are super low in potassium and someone said potassium chloride can wreck your stomach lining. Any one who uses it and can let me know if it feels safe with them?

Hey everyone, I completed my first 38hr fast earlier today. I felt hungry and irritable at times during the fast but overall felt normal throughout it. The hard part has been eating afterward and I’m looking for ideas on what I should change next time to avoid the gut pain and loose BMs I had after eating. (sorry, not sorry for the TMI)
I broke my fast with 2 scoops of collagen protein added to 26oz of water, also had 5g of glutamine in that water.
Then about an hour later, I ate 2 scrambled eggs cooked in olive oil. I’d say 30min later i heard lots of gut noises, gurgling sensations in my gut. I should have stopped eating, but I ate a big meal, 1 cup of chicken with 1 cup of sweet potatoes, and 2 cups of veggies (onion, kale, broccoli, carrot, yellow carrot, ginger, cauliflower cooked in a pot w olive oil.). I was still hungry after eating that so I had about 1/2 cup of 80%lean/20%fat grass fed beef.
I’d say 30min after, I had to run to the bathroom with gut pain and loose BMs.
Was it the amount I ate, timing, or something I should not have eaten?
