Answer
I haven’t updated in a while but I finally have some good news. This time last Christmas I was at my heaviest weight, 254lbs. A lot has happened this last year that has sucked, but I promised myself if everything else was going to be awful I wasn’t going to be fat on top of that. My weight was something I could control.
As of this morning I’m finally in the 100s club - 199.4lbs. I still have another 40lbs to go, but it’s nice to see the progress. Most of the weight was lost after April. While there was some EF, it was mostly IF - just not eating until after 5pm and going on walks (weather permitting, damn Canadian winters). I lose roughly 4-5 lbs a month. It’s not fast weight loss, but it’s manageable long term and it works for me. I had to limit EF because I used to do them frequently and developed really terrible acid reflux that went away when I laid off the EFs.
Hopefully by next December I’ll have posted back with news I reached my goal.
