I’m planning to do rolling 4 day fasts (104hrs per week, really) for 6 weeks - this is the middle of the 3rd week. Hopefully I can make it all six weeks, at which point I will scale back to 3 days a week until I hit my goal weight. I’m guessing 2 days a week will be needed to maintain the weight loss.

Water only fast.Going on 10 hours.Plan is to cut down on my caffeine addiction, get hydrated, lose some bloat and fat, and reset my body.
