I aim to complete a 70 day fast.
I’m on day 3 and I’m fasting to lean down to 13-15% body fat. If I get there before 70 days I’ll stop
It’s going ok asides from the urges. I’m learning to look at it as 1 day fast 70x rather than 70 day fasts.
Does anyone know when the cravings stop? I’m always scared and don’t trust myself and feel like I’ll give in but I’ll try hard not to.

I’m 33 hours in. Trying to complete a 5 day. I went from 295.5 to 290 pounds during that time frame which is insane. I know it’s water weight from thanksgiving but makes a huge difference on my knees. I also made a goal to walk 11000 steps dailu which I completed yesterday. I did some light weight lifting with these dumbbells I have at home that can go up to 24 pounds each. I use Fitbod my dumbbell workouts so at least it is somewhat organized

I’m doing a post-holiday fast to let my body recover from Thanksgiving. It’s been a little tough and definitely a dirty fast so far but I’m about 36 hours in and feel pretty good. Aiming for at least 48 hours, but I want to go to at least 72.
