Iβm 48 hours water fast for my 21 days goal !
Iβm doing it for spiritual-mental reasons + i want to see what will happen to my acanthosis nigricans
everything good so far beside light headache and some diarrhea

I am currently on Day 4 of my 12 day cycle of eating one meal every 3 days. already down 12lbs and feeling terrific (although it is full stomach weight vs empty weight)! Trying my hardest to be strong willpower during all the festivities and hoping I can get you all that progress pic in the new year!

Started OMAD on Monday. Itβs Thursday. Lost 7 lbs..most water I assume.

I remember when I learned about fasting 2 years ago and to do one meal a day was very difficult but now itβs not a problem. Interesting.
