Answer
Today I’m entering day 3 of 5. I otherwise feel ok. I’ve been walking 11000 steps per day and doing light lifting workouts. I went from 295 at the start of day 1 and this morning I’m 287. Again, I imagine a lot of water weight this early. After completion of these 3 days, I’m going to do 48 hour to 5 day protocols as often as I can.
